Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing or playing Fairy Nexus, you agree to these Terms of Service and to use the game fairly, responsibly and in a way that does not negatively affect other players.

Account conduct

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity performed through it. You may not attempt to access another player's account, impersonate staff, share stolen credentials, abuse exploits, manipulate game systems or interfere with the availability or security of the service.

Fair play

Cheats, unauthorized automation, bots, scripts, exploits or external tools designed to create an unfair advantage are not permitted. Accounts involved in intentional abuse may be restricted, suspended or permanently removed from Fairy Nexus.

Community conduct

Chat, player profiles, trading, social features and other community systems must not be used for harassment, threats, scams, fraud, spam or attempts to obtain another player's password, personal information or account access.

Trading and virtual items

Fairies, items, currencies, equipment and other digital content available within Fairy Nexus exist only as part of the game service. Players may not use game systems to conduct fraudulent trades or deceive other players.

Game data and updates

Fairy Nexus is an evolving online game. Features, balance, maps, Fairies, items, rewards, progression systems and other content may be added, changed, rebalanced or removed as the game is developed and maintained.

Beta service

During beta periods, players may encounter bugs, incomplete features, balance changes, maintenance periods or temporary service interruptions. Systems and progression may change as Fairy Nexus continues development.

Intellectual property

Fairy Nexus, its world, characters, Fairies, artwork, names, designs, game systems and original content are part of the Fairy Nexus project and may not be copied, redistributed or commercially used without authorization.

Account enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate activity that violates these terms and to apply restrictions when necessary to protect the game, its systems and its community.

Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated as Fairy Nexus evolves. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the latest version of these terms.
